Stensul’s Admin suite puts all of the power into your hands by allowing you to fully manage and maintain all facets of creating your email campaigns from start to finish. Easily manage your libraries, modules, fonts and integrations with your ESP(s), DAM(s) and more. You will also be able to completely manage your company’s users and roles.
In this article we will walk through a high level overview of stensul’s Admin suite.
In the upper right corner of your Email Dashboard page, click the between the help center and logout icons.
|The Users tab houses your List Dashboard and Roles Dashboard where you will be able to manage who has access to your stensul instance and which permissions each user has within their individual accounts.|
|Keep track of your seats, and manage who has access to your stensul instance using your List Dashboard.|
You may (1) add, (2) edit and (3) delete all users within your instance through the List Dashboard.
Search within the dashboard to find particular users if they need to be granted additional access, updated or removed from your stensul instance.

|Within stensul, all users' experiences are controlled by sets of permissions called Roles, which can be customized by your team to determine which tools can be accessed by one or a set of end users.|
You may (1) add, (2) edit or (3) delete permission sets, known as Roles, within stensul from the Roles Dashboard.
Each Role can be made up of one or several permissions that can be assigned to each user within your stensul instance.
These permissions will grant access to certain actions, libraries or modules within your stensul instance.

|Studio provides the foundation for all of your email campaigns built in the stensul suite. Here, you will be able to build, adjust and maintain all of your email libraries and individual modules. You will have full control over your brand rules, module layouts and any customizations you wish to create for your current or future campaigns.|
|Within stensul Libraries, you will be able to enforce workflows and branding rules as never before. Users will only be able to select and use the options you provide within each of the libraries in your stensul instance.|
Connect to your desired ESP, set up URL tracking, enforce template widths, CSS styles, color palettes and much more.
As you add and update your Library settings and styles, see how the new setting will affect your emails using the stensul preview which will display both desktop and mobile views.
|Modules are the building blocks of your emails and email templates. Using stensul’s module builder, you will have full control over the look and feel of each section of your emails.|
Use the drag and drop options to lay out the content of each module.
Manage Module, Row and Element level settings including # of rows and columns, background colors, background images, padding, and mobile settings.
Preview your module in desktop and mobile views to ensure your layouts are properly aligned on any screen.
Once a module is published, it can be assigned to any library in your stensul instance.
